If you have sent at least 25 Interests to members and you don't have a single accept within the first 90 days of becoming a premium member, we will refund your entire fees. If this doesn't occur, no refund applies.
If at least 1 request is not received within 90 days, you'll be refunded. Refund is not applicable if this condition is not met.
Points 1 and 2 apply to new user subscriptions only. If you are an existing member, the refund policy does not apply.
If we receive a complaint about a particular profile or if we find a profile misusing the website, the website administrator reserves the right to delete his/her profile without any prior notice. Also legal action can lead to fines and punishments. And the amount will not be refunded in case of misuse of data.
If a profile holder is found not receiving calls from existing profile holders of Mangalcelebration.com or Mangalcelebration.com team, his/her profile will be deleted. Profile holders should call other profile holders only for his/her marriage purpose, otherwise his/her profile will be deleted and no refund will be given in case of misuse of data.
Refunds are not applicable in any one of the cases mentioned above.
Refunds, if valid, will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
